Overview (either half day or 1 day session).
Time Management is credited with increased productivity, accountability and wellbeing. Learning how to optimise time and energy in order to stay on top of the task list not only gets things done but enhances job satisfaction and morale. In remote and hybrid working contexts it is hugely beneficial that staff, managers and leaders can increase their productivity without stress and contribute to an energetic and efficient workplace.
Approach
The training methods employed will centre on developing a highly interactive environment where participants will learn through a combination of short presentations, interactive discussion, exercises and role-plays structured within a ‘safe’ learning environment. Feedback from the trainer will suggest strengths and development areas.
