Aoife Stokes has extensive experience in the field of Human resource Management. Her 30 years’ experience in senior HR roles has included senior HR management roles in a variety of leading companies including BSI Cybersecurity, GE Capital, Paypal and Ulster Bank Markets.

She has worked as an associate with the IPA for a number of years where she contributes to a broad range of leadership programmes and diploma/degree qualifications. She has also lectured ion the Level 9 MSc programme in HRM (Dublin Business School).

A qualified life coach and mediator, her particular areas of interest are in the areas of leadership/talent development, people management and organisational design. Aoife is accredited in Myers Briggs and EQI Emotional intelligence inventories, Thomas International DISC psychometric profiling, Edgecumbe International 360 tools and is qualified to Six Sigma Green Belt standard. She is licensed to deliver leadership material developed by Franklin Covey, Interaction Associates and Achieve Global.

Aoife won the CIPD Leadership Development category in 2018 and has been a finalist in several CIPD and IITD award scheme categories over a number of years. She has attained the NSAI Excellence through People platinum level standard. In 2019 she won the Network Ireland “Employee of the Year” category award.

Aoife has a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector. She brings a wealth of hands on HR experience to her client engagements and her approach is to work closely with them to deliver tailored, professional solutions.
