Inclusive Leadership is about treating people and groups fairly based on their unique characteristics, rather than acting on biases derived from stereotypes. This course will explore the benefits of working with diverse groups who have the potential to spark higher levels of creativity, innovation and performance.

Attendees will explore the importance of embracing difference and building strong working relationships at all levels across the business if they are to become a truly Inclusive Leader. Attendees will also reflect on their own leadership/interpersonal profile through the completion of a DISC leadership profile ( additional cost for this element)

The training methods employed will centre on developing a highly interactive environment where participants will learn through a combination of short presentations, interactive discussion, and role-play.

On completion of this course attendees will have learnt how to create the conditions that enable all employees to thrive and contribute in a highly diverse environment. As attendees learn how to create a truly inclusive organization, they will gain greater control over the levers that drive company success.
