Inclusive Leadership for Senior Managers
Overview (1 to 2 day programme).
Inclusive Leadership is about treating people and groups fairly based on their unique characteristics, rather than acting on biases derived from stereotypes. This course will explore the benefits of working with diverse groups who have the potential to spark higher levels of creativity, innovation and performance.
Attendees will explore the importance of embracing difference and building strong working relationships at all levels across the business if they are to become a truly Inclusive Leader. Attendees will also reflect on their own leadership/interpersonal profile through the completion of a DISC leadership profile ( additional cost for this element)
Approach
The training methods employed will centre on developing a highly interactive environment where participants will learn through a combination of short presentations, interactive discussion, and role-play.
